Compliance, compliance, compliance
(bring your mails into RiskVille)
Mail systems were never meant for documentation and carries some big challenges around compliance and transparency across teams. In RiskVille we advocate for mitigating this, by bringing your mails into your broker or agency platform.
With release #2.110 , RiskVille has been added a mail robot, which can help and even automate guiding mails in the right context in your RiskVille base and this way make it a part of the 360 views on the insured clients.
The new mail robot features two elements:
- A configuration part, where the robot can be “trained” to recognise keywords in mails, which improves placing the mails in the right context.
- An import mail reception, where users can approve the robots’ suggestions for mail placements, as well as map unassigned mails to clients, policies and claims.

Illustration above is a view from the mail reception, where mails sent to the system account is listed. During the import, the mail robot has scanned the mail for content that can steer the mail into the correct insured client, and perhaps also specific insurance or claim. Following import, the mail will then appear on the mail tab in that context (client / insurance / claim).
Illustration below shows the configuration of the mail service, where the robot can be loaded with specific keywords to scan for in the mail text, and what data point it should map to in search for the client/policy/claim.

When email is pushed to insured clients from the mail robot or reception, relevant key accounts will be notified on their dashboard (should they wish so).
We look forward to seeing this new feature utilized, and together with our clients make further improvements to the mail robot going forward.
