RiskVille announced as title sponsor for Scottish PGA golf tournament

It suggests a sense of serendipity and perfect timing, implying that the universe has conspired to make something happen. This is exactly how we feel about a certain week in May 2026.
There is this magic place called Machrihanish, on a remote spot on the west coast of Scotland. famed by many writers, experts and normal golfers. One of the countless praises is from Gary Nicklaus, stating the club to have “The best opening hole of golf in the world.”
Machrihanish was not only the birthplace of the ideas that later evolved into RiskVille, but more importantly home to one of the worlds absolute best links golf courses. In the week commencing on May 18 in 2026, Machrihanish and neighbouring Campbeltown will see multiple events align:
• The 150-year anniversary of Machrihanish Golf Club.
• The annual whisky festival takes place in Campbeltown.
• The annual golf week takes place at MGC.
