RiskVille Super-User Day

We would like to thank the 22 users from some of our clients for joining us at this year’s Super-User Day. At RiskVille, we are committed to customer satisfaction and value every opportunity to hear how we can better support you.

Our day began with a yearly review of RiskVille, where we reflected on the successful updates delivered throughout the year, shared in our clients’ achievements, and unveiled our latest major feature — the brand-new Query Designer.

Over lunch, clients had the chance to connect, exchange ideas, and discuss how they integrate RiskVille into their day-to-day work.

In the afternoon, we split into two focused sessions: Agencies and Brokers. This format allowed us to tailor teachings to different needs, while also providing an open floor for clients to share their ideas for future features.

To close the day, we reunited to present our highly anticipated RiskVille-to-RiskVille integration, a powerful step forward in automation that will bring significant benefits to all our clients.
